Since 1969, Caesars have been one of Canada's favorite cocktails. Walter Craft Caesar was created in Vancouver in 2013, and the idea was simply to offer a homemade version of the traditional Clamato juice, which is overly salty, sweet and far from being artisanal. Walter uses only natural ingredients, from the tomatoes to the clam juice.
