This is a Chef's knife, with a blade made out of 60 layers of steel. Its handle, made of burl hazelnut, has 6 rivets. This knife has a 208g weight, and mesures 5cm by 32cm, including its 18,5cm blade
It has been restored by Couteaux MA, a Montreal company located in Villeray that is specialised in the fabrication and restoration of kitchen knifes.
