Here's a local take on the Southside, that we baptized the Northside. In order make this local version, we used the Québec artisanal syrup brand KWE cocktails. This brand has a Mojito syrup made with handpicked local wild mint. No need to say it's a delight!
- 1.5 oz Gin
- 0.75 oz Kwe Cocktails Mojito Syrup
- 0.5 oz fresh lime juice
- 1 dash of Mrs. Better's Bitters Cucumber
- Dried lime wheel, to garnish
