Non-alcoholic
Alcohol-free spirits, aperitifs, liqueur alternatives, sparkling wines, sodas and bitters to build zero-proof cocktails with the same care as classic ones. This is our Alternalcool selection, for home and for bars and restaurants. Alambika does not sell alcohol, and everything in this collection is alcohol-free.
How to choose non-alcoholic drinks
Think of the drink you want. For a G&T or a Negroni, start with a non-alcoholic gin or aperitif; for a Margarita or an Espresso Martini, a Prosyro alternative liqueur does the job; for a toast, choose an alcohol-free sparkling wine. Season with All The Bitter, the only alcohol-free bitters we carry. Browse non-alcoholic spirits, non-alcoholic bitters, non-alcoholic wine and tonics and sodas.
The selection includes HP Juniper, NOA, Seedlip, Shape, Statera, Projet Pilote hydrosols, Prosyro (made in Canada), Gruvi, Fin Soda, 3/4 OZ and All The Bitter. Delivery across Canada and in store in Montréal and Québec City.
FAQ

Yes. Start with the same proportions as the classic recipe, then adjust to taste.
What is Alternalcool?
It is Alambika's non-alcoholic program: spirits, liqueur alternatives and ingredients for great drinks without alcohol.
Making alcohol-free cocktails
A good alcohol-free cocktail is built like a classic one: a base, sweetness, acidity and a touch of bitterness. Non-alcoholic spirits, such as HP Juniper or NOA gins, rums and aperitifs, play the part of the base and are measured with a jigger, just like the original spirit.
Prosyro syrups add sweetness and flavour, and some are designed as liqueur alternatives, such as the Espresso Martini or the Torino Aperitivo. Fresh lime or lemon juice, a sour solution or a tonic complete the recipe.
Alambika does not sell alcohol: every product on this page is sold as non-alcoholic.
