Ingredients
Everything that goes into the glass besides the spirit: cocktail syrups, bitters, cherries and garnishes, tonics and sodas, brines and non-alcoholic spirits. The selection is built for home bartenders as well as bars and restaurants, in formats from small bottles to bar sizes. Alambika does not sell alcohol.
How to choose cocktail ingredients
Most recipes rest on three building blocks: a sweetener, an acid and a seasoning. A simple or demerara syrup and an aromatic bitters cover the Old Fashioned family; add orgeat, falernum or passion fruit from our syrups for sours and tiki drinks. Explore bitters and sprays to season, and the non-alcoholic range for zero-proof cocktails. Bars usually favour larger formats and a consistent house range.
Brands include Prosyro (made in Canada), 3/4 OZ, Jack Rudy, Angostura, Peychaud's, Regan's, Fee Brothers, Bittercube, Ms Better's, Miracle Mile, The Bitter Truth, Essentia, Luxardo, Filthy, Fin Soda, HP Juniper and NOA. Delivery across Canada and in store in Montréal and Québec City.

Syrups, bitters and cocktail ingredients
A balanced cocktail rests on three pillars: sweetness, acidity and bitterness. Syrups bring sweetness and flavour, from the orgeat in a Mai Tai to the falernum in tiki drinks. Our Prosyro syrups are made for the bar, with clear flavours that are easy to measure.
A few dashes of bitters are enough to tie a cocktail together and lift its aromas. Angostura and Peychaud’s are essential for classics like the Old Fashioned or the Sazerac; orange, cacao or yuzu bitters open up other paths.
Garnishes, maraschino cherries, brines and non-alcoholic spirits complete the bar. Alcohol-free drinks let you serve cocktails as carefully crafted as any other, for everyone.
