Alambika is proud to presents its new original release: the Wine Ice Bomb! Made from laboratory grade pyrex, the bombs are handmade near Montreal (Canada) by a master glassblower.
Pyrex glass is highly resistant to shocks as well as to temperature changes. The liquid inside is distillated northern Canada's spring water. Simply allow the Ice Bombs to chill in the freezer for about an hour and pop them into your glass to cool down your wine. It will keep white wine cool quite a bit longer and will give a much needed kick to red wine that got too warm.
The advantage of the Ice Bombs are many: Pyrex glass will not impart metal taste like stainless cube could do. Ice bombs will cool your wine without diluting it. The stem allows for easy handling. The water core is a lot more efficient than stone or air filled cubes. It's more classy than having a rock in your glass.
It's eco-friendly and can be used as many times as wanted. Last but not least, you support local canadian high level craftmenship! Alambika also designed a shorter stem version – The Whisky Bomb - that fits perfectly well into the whisky Glencairn glass, cocktail tumblers and martini glass!
