Crocodile: From Pop-Up to Permanent
What started as a summer experiment has blossomed into something extraordinary under the guidance of renowned Canadian bartender Max Coubes. As the creative force behind Crocodile, Max has crafted a menu that perfectly balances innovation with accessibility. His latest creation includes an expertly curated selection of premium cocktails alongside our signature low-ABV offerings. The focus remains true to our origins: simple yet refined flavors that celebrate the art of the aperitif.
Winter has brought a cozy transformation to our space. Guests can now sink into plush armchairs beside our artificial fireplace, wrapped in warm furry blankets while sipping their carefully crafted drinks. The stunning artwork by illustrator Sarah Fatmi adds to the unique atmosphere, creating a multi-sensory experience that complements our thoughtfully prepared beverages.
Our dedication to sustainability and responsible drinking remains unwavering, as does our commitment to serving creative aperitif cocktails, local beers, and Quebec wines in our handcrafted glassware. We welcome visitors Thursday through Saturday, starting at 5:00 PM. Located at 6484 Boul St-Laurent in Montreal, you can enter either through the secret door in Alambika's store or via Beaubien West. Whether you're seeking a quiet evening by the fire or an engaging cocktail experience, Crocodile offers a unique escape in the heart of the city.
