ABOUT THE MAKER

Dillon's Small Batch Distilleries is a family run business, based in Beamsville, Ontario which is located on the Niagara Wine Route. All their small batch bitters are based on Niagara grape distillate, created in copper pot stills, and combine local ingredients with natural botanicals.
