Micr'old Fashioned Saecularis (Shot)

Ingredients

• 1.5oz Bourbon
• 0.25oz Ginger Syrup
• 4-5 dashes Sombre & Amer Saecularis bitters

Preparation

• Combine all the ingredients in a mixing glass;
• Add ice;
• Stir with a bar spoon until the desired dilution;
• Strain into a chilled shot glass;
• Garnish with an orange peel.
