Ingredients

• 3 oz. non-alcoholic floral gin by HP Juniper
• 1.5 oz. of Lavender Syrup
• 1.5 oz. of lime juice or zap
• 0.5 oz. Elderflower Syrup
• 1 bottle of Grüvi Dry Secco
• Mint leave & a lime

Method

This proportion will give you 2 mocktail!

• Add Gin alternative, lavender syrup, zap, and elderflower syrup to a cocktail shaker.
• Add some ice.
• Shake for about 20 seconds.
• Pour into two coupe glasses and pour Grüvi Dry Secco to top each glass.
• Garnish with fresh mint and a lime wheel.
