Ingredients

• 1.5 oz Santo Mezquila
• 0.5 oz Prosyro raspberry syrup
• 0.5 oz lemon juice or zap
• 2 dashes Scrappy’s orange bitters
• sage leaves for garnish
• 9 drops of vegan foamer

Method

1. in a shaker add a lot of ice and all ingredients
2. shake for at least 30 seconds to build the foam
3. Strain in a chilled cocktail glass
4. garnish with a sage leave
