Ingredients
- 1½ oz gin
- ¾ oz 3/4 OZ - Handcrafted Tonic
- 2 dash grapefruit bitters Scrappy's Bitters - Grapefruit
- Fresh rosemary
- Sparkling water
- dehydrated grapefruit wheel
Method
Add rosemary and cracked ice to a snifter. Then, add bitters, gin and tonic syrup, and give it a quick stir. Top with mineral water and garnish with a dehydrated grapefruit wheel
