INGREDIENTS

• 2oz of rum (white or dark, your choice)
• 0.25 to 0.5oz of simple syrup
• 1/2 lime chopped in quarters

PREPARATION

• With a muddler, squeeze the lime quarters in an Old Fashioned
  glass (lowball) to extract the juice;
• Add rum, and syrup to the glass, and stir with a spoon for
  a couple of seconds;
• That's all!
