Cancer Cocktail

• 1/2 oz lemon juice
• 3/4 oz Shrub & co. Honey
• 1 1/2 oz tequila
• (3-4 oz sparkling wine)

Stir all the ingredients (except sparkling wine) in a mixing glass with ice. 

Pour over ice, then add sparkling wine.
