Apple Brandy pairs very nice with sour flavours and is therefore a fun angle to take for a sour cocktail. We created a very simple recipe to make at home; a brandy sour using artisanal Quebec brand ¾ OZ 's Honey Sour Sirup. You'll it's delicious!
Ingredients
- 1,5oz of Apple Brandy
- 0,75oz of 3/4 Honey Sour Sirup
- 1 dash of Ms Better Bitters Vegan Foamer
- 1oz of water
- 1 dash of Bittercube Orange Bitters
- Dried lemon wheel
- Jack Rudy Bourbon Cocktail Cherry
Method
- Fill your shaker with ice and add all ingredients;
- Shake vigorously to create a white foam;
- Strain the mix into a tumbler glass filled with ice;
- Poke a cherry or two on a cocktail pick and lay it on top of your cocktail. Enjoy!
