This utility knife by Spyderco has a 6.5" drop-point blade that is ideal for a broad range of kitchen tasks, making it the most popular go-to knife in many homes and commercial kitchens.
It features a premium MBS-26 stainless steel blade, ground exceptionally thin and meticulously heat treated for optimal cutting performance.
Its durable polypropylene plastic handle is injection moulded directly onto the tang of the blade and features a distinctive “stepped” texture pattern that provides exceptional comfort and control during use.
Hand washing and drying recommended.
Founded in 1978 in Golden, Colorado, Spyderco was the idea of Sal Gesser, who baptized his company looking at sports cars, which often contained the word ''spyder'' in their name. To him, this term resounded with high performance, a quality he truly has given to his knives. The company specializes in knives and sharpening devices, and it has invented a multitude of different steel recipes.
