This copper fine mesh strainer is an essential tool in cocktail making. It serves as a double filter, to prevent small particles of ice, herbs or pulp from ending up in the beverage, thus risking too much dilution or infusion.

Its use is very suitable for fruit juices, teas or canned fruits.
