Go to Alambika Pro →This bubble liquid allows for the formation of durable bubbles that can encapsulate smoke, creating a dramatic visual and sensory experience when the bubble is burst upon serving.
Here’s a step-by-step explanation:
- Preparation: The solution is placed into a small container.
- Operation: The nozzle of the smoke gun is dipped into this solution and then directed toward the cocktail.
- Smoke Bubble Creation: The smoke gun blows smoke over the cocktail, forming a large, smoky bubble that covers the drink.
- Serving: The drink is served with the bubble intact, and when the bubble is popped by the drinker, it releases the smoke, adding a smoky flavor and aroma to the cocktail as well as an engaging interactive element to the experience.
This method enhances both the aesthetic and gustatory aspects of cocktail presentation, making it a popular choice for high-end bars and experimental mixologists.
