Syrups
Cocktail syrups for sours, tiki drinks, highballs and alcohol-free cocktails: orgeat, falernum, passion fruit, yuzu, double ginger, elderflower, raspberry, demerara and simple syrup. Most of the range comes from Canadian-made Prosyro, in 340 ml bottles, alongside alternative liqueurs, discovery kits and syrups from other craft makers.
How to choose cocktail syrups
Begin with a simple syrup for sours and a richer demerara for stirred drinks, then add the flavours your recipes need: orgeat and falernum for tiki, passion fruit or fassionola for tropical drinks, ginger for mules. Prosyro alternative liqueurs, such as Triple Sec or Espresso Martini, replace a liqueur in an alcohol-free version. See the Prosyro collection, our tonics and sodas and the non-alcoholic range.
Besides Prosyro, you will find 3/4 OZ syrups and sodas, Jack Rudy (demerara, grenadine, sweet tea), Filthy agave nectar and black cherry syrup, and Cuvée Roger bourbon-aged maple syrup. Delivery across Canada and in store in Montréal and Québec City.
FAQ
How much syrup goes in a cocktail?
Most sours use about ½ to ¾ oz (15 to 22 ml) of syrup; measure it with a jigger and adjust to taste.
Where is Prosyro made?
Prosyro is made in Canada.
Can I use syrups in alcohol-free drinks?
Yes. Mixed with sparkling water or tonic, a syrup makes a simple soda; Prosyro alternative liqueurs go further for zero-proof cocktails.
