Hidden in the heart of Verdun, in Montreal, the 1769 Distillery gets its name from the historic date when the very first distillery was created in Quebec. The passionate couple behind the name use single-use bourbon barrels in which their maple syrup is aged for 3 to 4 months in order to absorb hints of vanilla, caramel, woody accents and of course - bourbon notes!
