Dark & Stormy

The Dark'n'Stormy is a cocktail from the Bermudas. Its ginger, lime and rum components make it a delightful and quenching drink for hot and sunny days. Or it can cheer you up on those colder and cloudy days! Have a try!

• 1.5 oz Dark Rum
• 0.5 oz Ginger Syrup
• 0.5 oz Lime juice
• 1 full dropper of Bittercube Jamaican Bitters N.1
• Sparkling Water or Soda
• Garnished with a fresh or dried lime wheel

• Add rum, ginger syrup, lime juice and bitters to a glass;
• Add ice and mix gently with a bar spoon;
• Top with sparkling water, add ice if necessary;
• Garnish with fresh or dried lime wheel. Enjoy!
