Ingredients
- 3/4 oz Gin
- 3/4 oz Triple Sec
- 3/4 oz Lillet Blanc or Dry Vermouth
- 3/4 oz Fresh pressed Lemon Juice
- 1 Dash Absinthe (or a wormwood bitters)
Preparation
- Add ice cubes to a shaker
- Add all ingredients
- Shake well
- Use a strainer to hold the ice as you are pouring through fine strainer over a chilled Martini or Cocktail coupe
- Garnish with a cherry (or a lemon zest) and a cocktail pick!
