Santa Bianca Essentia

Santa Bianca is named after the Italian farmhouse where its founders live. Their Essentia Food & Cocktail Finish range brings together sprays made from organic alcohol, distilled water and pure essential oils.

At the bar, it is the fastest garnish there is: one or two sprays over the glass, on the rim or into the empty glass before pouring. The aroma reaches the nose before the first sip, with no twist to cut and no peel to waste. The same gesture works in the kitchen, on a tartare, a dessert or an oyster.

We chose the range for its breadth: citrus (bergamot, yuzu, green mandarin, grapefruit and basil), herbs (rosemary, lavender, lemongrass), woods and spices (cypress, spruce, vetiver, palo santo, black pepper, ginger) and flowers (jasmine, Damask rose). Enough to sign a classic or build a whole menu.
