• 1 oz of Gin
• 1/2 oz fresh grapefruit juice
• 1/2 oz Prosyro grapefruit syrup
• Harrington Botanical Sparkling with Juniper Berries

• Put gin, grapefruit juice and grapefruit syrup in a highball
• With a bar spoon stir the mix
• Add ice
• Top with  juniper berry fizz.
• Garnish with lavender, juniper berry and grapefruit zest.
