• 1/2 to 1 oz (depending on your taste for bitterness) Hopped Boreal Tonic or Forest Tonic
• 1 oz of your favourite gin
• Sparkling water
• Ice
• Garnishes of your choice (Let your imagination run wild! Citrus, fresh herbs, fir sprigs, etc.)
• Squeeze of lime juice (optional)
