INGREDIENTS
- 2 dashes of saline solution (or a pinch of salt)
- 4 dashes The Japanese Bitters Umami bitters
- 2 oz Trois-Rivières white rum
- (Nori to garnish)
PREPARATION
Pour all the ingredients in a mixing glass. Add ice and stir until very cold.
Serve in a cocktail coupe without ice and garnish with nori.
