This winter-flavour is made with a blend of winter spices (cinnamon, cloves, cardamom, 4 spices Jamaican) which are subtly balanced. We tested this syrup with a Canadian Whisky and a dark rum, and it's just incredibly delicious!
For a winter cocktail, use one part of LEMO spiced lemonade, one part of your favorite Dark Rum and 5 parts of boiling water.
Pour the syrup and alcohol of your choice directly into a wine or Old Fashioned glass, then add boiling water. Mix gently. Garnish with a lemon wedge and a cinnamon stick.
