Started with honey, they add fresh pressed ginger juice, lime juice, Sichuan pepper and sea salt.
Joël Beaupré and Mathieu Guillemette, two old friends from Gatineau, first created Jack’s Tonic, a tonic syrup made from entire natural ingredients. Constantly seeking excellence, they made a product with pure cinchona bark, ginger, fresh lemongrass, organic sicillian lemon juice, all in crisp spring water, with the signature presence of lavander. There’s no processed sugar here, only pure Quebec honey. A little bonus: it’s a cold process, none of the ingredients have been cooked or boiled, so they keep their authentic flavour and freshness. They now produce a lot of different products all made with Quebec's honey.
