Jack Daniels barrel Sawdust for Smoking Gun, 80g These smoking chips, made of the oakwood of Jack Daniel's barrels , are the best sawdust selection and useful for different smoking techniques when using a smoking gun. They will give a smoky touch to your cocktails, but can also be used for vegetables, meat, fish, sauce and cheese.
For a full aromatic experience, we propose to mix the smoking chips with other ingredients, such as orange zeste, spices, aromatic herbs, essential oils, etc. Combustion must be kept low and at a temperature inferior to 500 degree celsius. To do so, you could add a tiny quantity of water to the wood chips, or simply control the air flow to avoid flames.
Even if wood chips don't have a use-by date, it is recommended to keep them in a cool and dry place – ideally in a closed container. We also advise you to keep them from any fire source.
