Dillon's Small Batch Distilleries is a family-run business, based in Beamsville, Ontario, which is located on the Niagara Wine Route. All their small batch bitters are made with a base of Niagara grape distillate, they are created in copper pot stills, and they combine local ingredients with natural botanicals.
