This small kitchen knife was forged by the talented blacksmith Dave Fortin from Quebec city. Its blade is made of an incredibly resilient powdered steel, and the handle is made of Canadian curly maple - wood with a marvelous texture - held by Inox 416 steel rivets.
Couteaux Deva was founded in 2005 by the blacksmith Dave Fortin, who now lives and work in the heart of Quebec city. As a true passionate artisan, he made his very first knife at the age of 13 years old, and since then he never stopped evolving and researching to improve his art. He is focused on the raw materials as well as on the practicality of his knives.
