A brouille-absinthe made of high quality crystalline glass by the Cristalerias San Miguel in Spain. Simply serve the absinthe quantity you want in the glass and place the brouille-absinthe on the top of it.
Fill the brouille-absinthe reservoir with cold water and let it drip. This is one of the best ways to drink absinthe without a fountain. A nice trick is to add a couple of ice cubes into the brouille-absinthe: it has the double purpose of slowing down the dripping (which will enhance the aromas) and keeping the water cold. Adding a sugar cube - or even a glass marble - will also slow the dripping down.
