A simple and festive take on the classic Negroni. In this cocktail, we switch the gin for tequila and add a little dry vermouth! It creates a rich and complex version of the Negroni. Have a try!

INGREDIENTS

1oz of Tequila
0,5oz of Sweet Vermouth
0,5of Dry Vermouth
1oz of Bitter liqueur or Aperitivo (Campari is commonly used here)
Garnished with a Filthy Food Italian Cherry and an orange twist

STEPS

Add ingredients to you mixing glass, previously filled with ice;
Stir for at least 45 seconds, when you feel the ice is slightly melting;
Drop carefully a large ice cube at the bottom of your glass;
With a strainer, pour the mix into your glass;
Skewer a cherry (or two!) onto a pick, lay on top of the glass, add and orange twist and voilà!
