The Pineapple Alliance was created for Mariage Cocktail, an event that took place during Montréal en Lumière. It was at first designed to be served with our Nitro machine which gazifies cocktails using nitrogen. It leaves a smooth and creamy texture for the mouth! But here's a version you can make at home, with a shaker.
