Here's a local take on the Southside, that we baptized the Northside. In order make this local version, we used a Québec artisanal syrup brand called KWE cocktails. The brand has a Mojito syrup made with handpicked local wild mint. No need to say its a delight!

INGREDIENTS

1,5oz of Gin
0,75oz of Kwe Cocktails Mojito Syrup
1/8 oz of Zap! + 0,5 oz of water ( or 1/2 oz of fresh lime juice )
1 dash of Mrs. Better's Bitters Cucumber
Garnished with a lime zest or a dehydrated lime wheel

STEPS

Fill your shaker with ice and add all ingredients;
Close your shaker and shake vigorously;
Strain the mix into a previously chilled glass;
Peel a fresh zest of lime, twist and lay it on your cocktail
