• 1,5oz of White Rum
• 0,75oz of Lime juice
• 0,5 oz of Prosyro Grapefruit Syrup
• 8 Mint leaves (or to taste)
• 1 dash of Bittercube Orange bitters
• Soda Water
• Garnished with a mint bouquet

1. Add the first five ingredients to a highball glass;
2. Fill your glass with ice and stir with a spoon;
3. Add soda water and stir one last time;
4. Garnish with a mint bouquet.

* We choose not to muddle the mint in the glass, as it extracts the bitter oils from the leaves, which gives an undesired bitter taste to the cocktail. To help the mint express its flavour you can simply tap it in your hands. It will activate its aromas!
