Larsen's Cognac Old Fashioned

This cocktail is a soothing, elegant twist on the Old Fashioned. Although it uses the same structure, the ingredients have been changed. You will find this version round, conforting and perfect for a summer night. It was developped for the rebranding effort of Larsen's Cognac VSOP campaign.

INGREDIENTS

• 2oz of Cognac (Here we used Larsen's VSOP)
• 0,5oz Prosyro Passion Fruit Syrup
• 1 full dropper of Ms Better Bitters Aromatics
• Garnished with a Filthy Food Italian Cherry

TOOLS NEEDED

• Old Fashioned Glass
• Large ice cube tray
• Barspoon & jigger
• Cocktail pick

STEPS

1. Drop carefuly a large ice cube at the bottom of the glass;
2. Add bitters, syrup and spirit to the Old Fashioned glass;
3. Stir for at least 45 seconds, when you feel the ice is slightly melting.
4. Skewer a cherry (or two!) onto a pick, lay on top of the glass and voilà!
