The Bloody Carlita is an exotic take on the classic Bloody Caesar. Using Passion Fruit and Smoky Bitters, this cocktail creates a fruity-smoky-savoury sensation. Have a try if you feel like a little change from the classics!
INGREDIENTS
1.5oz of Tequila (or try with Mezcal!)
0,25oz Prosyro Caesar Booster
0,25oz Prosyro Passion Fruit Syrup
Walter's Caesar Mix (you can choose your favorite!)
1 dash of Ms Better's Bitters Smoke & Oak
1 -2 Filthy's Piri-Piri Olive
Compania de Sales Habanero & Orange Sea Salt
Lime juice
STEPS
Dip the rim of your glass in lime juice, then in Compania de Sales Habanero & Orange Sea Salt mix;
Fill your glass with fresh ice;
Add Tequila, Caesar Booster, Passion Fruit Syrup, and bitters;
Stir, then top with Walter's Casear Mix.
Skewer a Filthy's Piri Piri olive onto a cocktail pick and lay it on top!
