Product Description

This is a small Chef's knife made out of 60 layers if steel. The handle is made out of a blue stabilized wood, with 6 rivets. The knife weighs 153g, and measures 4,5cm by 29cm. The blade on itself mesures 17,5cm.
It has been restored by Couteaux MA, a Montreal company located in Villeray that is specialised in the fabrication and restoration of kitchen knifes.
