Beet & Cocoa Old Fashioned

This recipe is a funky twist on the old fashioned. We used a beet and cocoa artisanal syrup from Les Charlatansto give some dept and complexity to your classic old fashioned. Have a look!

INGREDIENTS

2oz of Whisky
0,25oz of Les Charlatans Beet & Cocoa Syrup
1 full dropper of Aromatic Bitters (Here we used Bittercube's)
Garnished with a Jack Rudy Bourbon Cocktail Cherry

STEPS

Drop carefully a large ice cube at the bottom of the glass;
Add bitters, syrup and spirit to the Old Fashioned glass;
Stir for at least 45 seconds, when you feel the ice is slightly melting;
Scoop a cherry and poke it on a cocktail pick. Voilà!
