This cocktail is slight twist on the Amaretto Sour. Although it uses the same structure, we swapped the simple syrup for a fuller and rounder orgeat sirup. You will find this version smooth and comforting. Perfect as a liquid dessert, or to treat yourself on a fresh night. Don't hesitate to twist the recipe with our different syrups and bitters!
INGREDIENTS
- 1,5oz of Amaretto
- 0,5oz of Lemon Juice (or ZAP!)
- 1 Barspoon of Prosyro Orgeat Syrup
- 1 dash of Ms Better Bitters Vegan Foamer
- 1 dash of Ms Better Bitters Aromatics
- Garnished with your favorite cherry
PREPARATION
- Fill your shaker with ice and add all ingredients;
- Shake vigorously to create a white foam;
- Strain the mix into a old fashioned glass filled with ice;
- Skewer a cherry (or two!) onto a pick, lay on top of the glass and voilà!
